Welcome to the FBCSJ Podcasts page. If you are already familiar with podcasts, feel free to skip directly to the podcast links below. Podcasting is a form of audio broadcasting on the Internet. The name is derrived from the iPod media player because people often download audio programs (a.k.a podcasts) to listen to on their iPods. However, you do NOT need an iPod to take advantage of this great technology (but if you do, all the better). You can subscribe and listen to podcasts on your computer using popular music software such as Windows Media Player, Winamp, and iTunes or you can also listen on portable music players such as the Creative Zen or iRiver.
The best thing about podcasts are subscriptions. Thanks to a little thing called RSS (Really Simple Syndication), you can subscribe to one of our podcasts and automatically receive the latest sermons on your computer or media player as soon as they are made available from the First Word Audio Ministry team.
There are two primary methods of subscribing to our available podcasts. The method you use will depend on the podcast application you'll be using. Please refer to the appropriate section below.
